At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

Classify COPD based on the updated ABE criteria outlined in the 2026 GOLD report.Apply the GOLD 2026 treatment algorithms to select initial and follow-up inhaled therapy based on phenotypes and disease features.Select add on therapy for patients with refractory dyspnea or continued exacerbations despite optimal inhaler therapy, integrating data from recently improved, new-in-class agents.Outline key non-pharmacologic interventions for COPD.
