http://Gates.cuanschutz.eduJoshua Thurman, MD, professor in the Department of Medicine/Renal Diseases, will present his lab's work on developing novel chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells that target and destroy cancer cells identified and marked by the immune system. His research is presented using a murine lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) model, targeting the surface antigen C3d.
