Please join the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and the Colorado School of Public Health Academic Health Department for our Fall Symposium Series Lectures. 

October's topic will be Gun Violence Prevention with speakers:

• Carrie Cortiglio, Division Director, Prevention Services Division, CDPHE

• Erin Kelly, Research Associate, Injury and Violence Prevention Center and Director of Research and Evaluation, Firearm Injury Prevention Initiative, CoSPH

The Symposium Series will be held in a hybrid format, but we encourage attending in person at the CDPHE Lab Services Building in the Training Room, 8100 E Lowry Blvd, Denver, CO 80230. If attending the meeting in person, a staff member will let you in through the main entrance. The meeting room is directly off to the left of the entrance.

The lecture will run as follows:

• 9:00 AM - 9:15 AM: In-person networking and food

• 9:15 AM - 10:30 AM: Lecture

• 10:30 AM -11:00 AM: Q & A and in-person networking
