Community Building Circles, based on restorative practices, are a way to foster a positive environment, to learn from others, to build social capital, and to connect. They are growth opportunities that occur in a safe and supportive setting. Community Building Circles are spaces for us to share how things are impacting us personally or professionally, to be heard, and to listen for understanding, not for problem-solving or debate.
