Hatim Sabaawy, MD, PhD, associate director for translational research at the University of Colorado Cancer Center will present on the development of patient-derived organoid models, describe the current use of molecular profiling in developing targeted therapies, discuss the development of single-cell and multi omic assays to improve the understanding of clonal progression and identify new targets for therapy, and summarize the potential for advancing precision in medicine.
