CAR-T therapy represents a cutting-edge advancement in lymphoma treatment, significantly improving outcomes for patients with both aggressive and indolent forms of the disease. However, challenges persist, and this talk will explore strategies to enhance existing constructs. It will highlight CU’s efforts in developing next-generation CARs aimed at achieving even better outcomes with reduced toxicity.
