This event brings together Department of Pediatrics leaders and faculty to highlight the work your colleagues are leading to improve faculty experience through enhanced clinical and operational efficiency, and targeted well-being initiatives. You’ll also have the opportunity to connect across sections, share feedback and discover common priorities and opportunities for collaboration.
 
We are excited to showcase the work of two major initiatives sponsored by the Department of Pediatrics Clinical & Operational Excellence team:

• Section Well-being Leaders and Faculty Well-being Action Plans

Participants will have the opportunity to present their work through:

• Poster presentations and interactive gallery walk discussions

• Select lightning-round presentations
