The Systems Alignment Innovation Hub was launched in November 2022 to help medical, social service, and public health providers in racially marginalized and historically disenfranchised communities dismantle inequities and improve health and well-being for all.
With the support of Systems for Action (housed in the ColoradoSPH's HSMP Dept.), SAIH provided targeted research funding for invited practice-based organizations across the U.S. Learn about the grand challenge their developmental projects are trying to address during a two-part webinar series:

These organizations will share insight into their emerging systems alignment strategy, and their next steps in Equity Centered Community Design (ECCD).
You’ll hear the voices of lived experiences as well as medical, public health and social services system partners.
