About this Event
Identifying determinants of the colorectal cancer incidence and mortality burden
Dr. Warren Andersen is an assistant professor of population health sciences in the School of Medicine and Public Health at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a member of the University of Wisconsin Carbone Cancer Center.
As a cancer epidemiologist, she is interested in how social determinants, modifiable risk factors, and molecular characteristics work in concert to influence cancer risk and survivorship. Dr. Warren Andersen will discuss the large burden caused by cancer in the United States, specifically as it relates to colorectal cancer health disparities.
