http://Gates.cuanschutz.eduGregory Way, PhD, an assistant professor in the Department of Biomedical Informatics, will discuss how his lab analyzes high-content microscopy images to derive new insights into biological processes. He will focus on three applications: 1) identifying a morphology signature of NF1 genotype in Schwann cells and how we're extending this approach to NF1-patient-derived organoids, 2) Characterizing a morphology and secretome map of pyroptosis, and 3) High-throughput drug screening to identify new drugs and targets for cardiac fibrosis. This is a hybrid event; Attendees can join us at the AHSB, Room P12-1204, or on Zoom at https://ucdenver.zoom.us/j/97718315497.
