  • Recognize the clinical presentation of IgE-mediated food allergy and distinguish it from other adverse reactions to food.

  • Develop an evidence-based approach to the evaluation and diagnosis of suspected food allergy, including the appropriate use and interpretation of allergy testing.

  • Review current management strategies for IgE-mediated food allergy, including allergen avoidance, emergency preparedness, oral food challenges, and emerging treatment options.
