"Teamwork! Implementation and Evaluation of a Hospital Medicine Teaching Program"

This presentation will illustrate the benefits of a formal clinical teaching program on the educational experience of learners; describe the development and implementation of an inpatient teaching program; report results of a teaching program including program outputs, learner outcomes, peer impact and ethnographic qualitative evaluation; and outline a framework for developing custom teaching program models.
