While incidents of targeted violence on campus or in the workplace are rare, being informed and prepared can make all the difference. This training introduces the Preventing Targeted Violence model and equips you with the knowledge to recognize warning signs of escalating behavior, understand behavioral pathways that can lead to violence, and take proactive steps for early intervention. You’ll also learn how to respond during an active harmer incident, as well as how to use campus alerting, reporting, and support resources to stay informed and connected. Walk away with practical tools and strategies to help create a safer, more resilient campus community.
