During this half-day community-academic forum the REACH Clinic will discuss their approach to partnership across sectors to support individuals and their families as they heal from injuries due to violence. Throughout the event, participants will learn about post-discharge wound care and wraparound service clinic models across the United States and examine the role various civic, healthcare, and academic partners can play in supporting such community-based efforts.
