Learning Objectives:
Describe an approach to work with our neurobiology to stay steady and effective in ethically complex situations. List qualities of trauma-informed leadership which enable shifts out of reactivity into conflict/complexity competence. State how ethical practice and well-being are mutually informing, and impact quality care.

Target Audience and Learner Outcome: This program is designed for CHCO team members who provide clinical care to our pediatric patients. After attending this event, participants will report increased knowledge and intent to change practice when navigating ethical challenges that occur during the care of pediatric patients.

Continuing Education Credit: Registration, attendance, and completion of the evaluation are required to claim continuing education credit.

Medical: Children’s Hospital Colorado is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
