Lecture Description

Since 2015, USFQ has been spearheading an innovative community engagement program in collaboration with partner universities. This initiative empowers students to actively participate in collaborative activities with local communities, with a focus on health prevention and promotion. Operating in 14 nearby communities, the program primarily aims to address inequities in healthcare access among community members. This lecture will showcase a variety of health projects implemented within this program's framework. These projects serve to educate students, engage the community, and foster collaboration with both public and private sectors. Additionally, several research initiatives have been developed to address community health challenges effectively.
