The DOM Systems Improvement Conference is a UCG-certified collaborative case review (CCR) in which members of a multidisciplinary health care team engage in objective, nonjudgmental review of adverse outcomes and commit to systemic process change. All participants are reminded this is a privileged and confidential meeting, subject to quality review protections at University of Colorado Hospital and in the State of Colorado.
