Join the Georgia Health Policy Center for a learning session introducing the new Community-Led Aligning Toolkit, a practical, step-by-step guide co-created with community partners to strengthen equitable collaboration and aligned action! This session is designed to teach participants how to use the toolkit, navigate its tools and worksheets, and apply its frameworks to real-world projects.
Attendees will learn how to:
- center community voice,
- assess partnership readiness,
- identify financing levers, and
- use the toolkit’s structure to support transparent, community-driven decision-making.

This webinar is hosted by Systems for Action (S4A). S4A is a signature research program of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) that is housed in the Department of Health Systems, Management and Policy. S4A research builds a Culture of Health by rigorously testing new ways of connecting the nation’s fragmented medical, social, and public health systems.
