Join Personal Training Manager, Lauren, and Fitness Specialist, Karina in this empowering eight-week series designed for women starting their strentgh training journey.
Wednesdays, 4:30 p.m. - 6 p.m.
February 19 - April 9 (8 Weeks)
Eaching WOW session consists of 30 minutes of classroom education, followed by 60 minutes of exercise.
