Join Personal Training Manager, Lauren, and Fitness Specialist, Karina in this empowering eight-week series designed for women starting their strentgh training journey.  

Wednesdays, 4:30 p.m. - 6 p.m. 
February 19 - April 9 (8 Weeks)
Eaching WOW session consists of 30 minutes of classroom education, followed by 60 minutes of exercise.

Learn mindset strategies to increase confidence in an dout of the weight room, learn how to maximize your workouts, and develop the tools to form a fun and sustainable wellness program.  Includes a pre and post InBody body composition scan.
