Join Fitness Specialists Lauren and Mark in this empowering eight-week series designed for women just starting their strength-training journey.


Learn mindset strategies to increase confidence in and out of the weight room, learn how to maximize your workouts, and develop the tools to form a fun and sustainable wellness program. No equipment is necessary!


WOW consists of 30 minutes of classroom discussion, followed by 60 minutes of workout each session.
